Vibe Salon Medi-Spa is currently seeking a salon spa sales associate to join their team. We offer a chic, upscale environment with a strong team atmosphere.

The salon spa sales associate role is responsible for providing exceptional customer service, supporting the management team with sales, productivity, inventory and other operational procedures.

Qualifications:

Flexible hours – evenings, weekends.

Warm and friendly personality.

Strong interest in beauty and fashion.

Salon or sales experience an asset, but not required.

Strong sense of detail and organization.

Effective problem solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities:

Greeting clients and general reception duties.

Assisting clients in the retail area.

Answering phones and email.

Booking salon spa appointments.

Promoting in salon services and products.

Resolving any client concerns.

General cleaning.
