Vitality North on King Street is seeking a front desk receptionist/retail sales associate to join its highly specialized team of salon professionals. Candidate must be passionate about the beauty industry and willing to provide an exceptional experience for our customers and staff.

Job Description

The front desk receptionist/retail sales associate’s role is to drive sales by improving engagement with merchandise and providing outstanding customer service and communication. This person will support the salon leader and desk team in ensuring all processes and service standards are followed at all times. Duties include: all front-end client relations (greeting clients, cashing out clients, assisting clients in the retail area, booking appointments, etc.), sales, following inventory control systems, and general cleanliness of the salon.

Retail or salon experience an asset.
Strong interest in beauty and fashion.
Comfortable working with computers, Internet/email and Microsoft Excel.
